Dispatch app for last-mile couriers working across patchy networks. Every action queues locally and reconciles when signal returns, so a rider never waits on a spinner to mark a drop.
Riders completed drops offline for the first time; support tickets about “stuck” deliveries fell by half.
Mobile engineer
Savings and rotating-credit app for informal groups. Built the ledger UI and the reconciliation flow that lets a group settle a cycle in one pass instead of arguing over screenshots.
Cycle settlement went from a day of back-and-forth to a single pass.
Full-stack
Booking platform for a regional coach operator. Rewrote the seat-selection path so the map stays responsive while fares load.
Time-to-interactive on mid-range Android fell from roughly nine seconds to under two.
Solo
A small tool for tracking practice sessions. Local-first, no account, syncs through a single encrypted blob. Built it for myself and kept it deliberately unfinished.

Internal design system and component library shared across one company’s web dashboard and two React Native apps. One set of tokens, three renderers.
